PARMA INGENIERÍA was created in 2008 with the mission of drafting sustainable projects within the framework of road engineering, through specialization in pavements. Since its inception, it has been dedicated to the development of innovative solutions that improve infrastructures, focusing on sustainability, the durability of the materials used, and the use of management tools and strategies that extend their useful life.

In all phases of our process, from design to planning, execution, maintenance, or drafting of specifications, we imagine infrastructures that are friendly to people and that at the same time play a fundamental role in the decarbonisation process.

To be able to do this, we have a team of people with complementary skills in infrastructure engineering, pavement engineering, landscape, urban planning, environment, and digitalisation.

We specialize in the design and planning of new infrastructure and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure, sustainable urbanization projects, through the use of BIM models and calculation of the carbon footprint in all our work.
We offer construction management, technical assistance, comprehensive maintenance contracts, and supervision of linear works for public administrations, private clients, and concessionary companies.
We apply predictive maintenance with artificial intelligence tools to improve operational management of infrastructures, optimizing resources, durability, and reducing CO2 emissions.
