NEW REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT IN COLLABORATION WITH PARMA INGENIERÍA
The Ministry of Transport in collaboration with Parma Ingeniería presents the latest developed regulations. These regulations are designed to improve safety, efficiency and sustainability in the transport sector.
The current Rule 6.1 IC “Signature Sections” of the Road Instruction approved by Order FOM/3460/2003, of November 28, 2003, was designed for the materials and techniques of the time so that in its Table 6 “Thickness of layers of hot bituminous mixture” covers only those that appeared in the PG-3 in the then valid articles 542 “Hot bituminous mixtures” (types D, S, G, MAM and PA) and 543 “Discontinuous hot bituminous mixtures for treads” (types M, F).
During the time that has passed, there have been numerous and important advances in the field of bituminous mixtures, which have been reflected in the consequent changes in PG-3 and also in PG-4.
