This integrated approach fosters better communication and coordination.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3D Visualization<\/strong>: Users can easily visualize the model in 3D throughout all phases of the project, from the initial design to the final constructed state. This visualization aids in understanding complex designs and facilitates stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability Promotion<\/strong>: BIM supports sustainability efforts by enabling the calculation of carbon footprints and conducting various environmental analyses at different project stages. This helps in making informed decisions that minimize environmental impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessibility of Information<\/strong>: All project information is readily available at any time and from anywhere, as we work in the cloud. This accessibility ensures that team members can stay updated and make timely decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At\u00a0<strong>Parma Ingenier\u00eda<\/strong>, we have successfully implemented the BIM methodology within our company, completing the drafting of\u00a0<strong>9 projects<\/strong>\u00a0for the Generalitat of Catalonia and Infrastructures.cat. Additionally, we have participated in the execution of\u00a0<strong>9 contracts<\/strong>\u00a0for the construction and rehabilitation of linear works, serving either as construction management or technical assistance.
